The best app

Love it

I opted to pay 99 cents for this over some of the free herb tracker apps due to the "notes" feature. However, the first several herbs I looked up we're not in the database. I'm going to try to get my money back.

This app doesn't contain all the useful herbs out there. Content is not helpful as it could be.

This app is alright for someone who knows nothing about medicinal herbs. It's extremely basic and has just a few of the most common herbs listed. The concept of the app is very good- and with expanding the data base - perhaps also to include vitamins and minerals - this could be a fantastic app! Don't bother with it - unless you know nothing about medicinal herbs, then it might be useful.

Way too basic. Helpful if you need just the most basic. Does not show any side effects nor contraindications.

I think it's a good reference! Helps often for those ones that haven't stuck since college

This app could use some work. There is more herbs than that in the world.

Could use updates and pics though.

Under A are 2 items (2!) one being aloe. Does anyone not know what aloe is or does? Glad this app was free. Would never pay for something this lacking in information. Poor and in many cases useless descriptions, no photos. Skip this one there are MUCH better apps out there. Deleted.

This is a great tool for learning about herbs. The last update is wonderful there always adding new things. It's great that in the app it tells you the history of the herbs what they have been used for and All the different names for the herb. It is very worth getting.

App works but has so little information it is virtually useless - with medicinal herbs, treatment based on incomplete information could be more dangerous than non-treatment.

Considering this app is free... No one should complain. It contains basic info, which is all it should. If someone wants more info, the should invest!

Very poor information considering the wealth of data available. Just look at the German Commission E data. It's not even a good beginning.

This app is OKAY to start. But must agree with the others. It has very little information and no pics. It has the potential to be a very good resource but only if it has pics and quite a few more herbs. Also where the herbs are indigenous too, how to procreate, cut, dangers and dosage amounts. For example herbs like sage are good for you, but if you ingest too much it can make you sick and valerian WILL help you relax so you can sleep but must be given in VERY small amounts...

This app is a very good start. It provides useful info on a few dozen plants. What is needed now are photos of the plants, leaves, flowers and maps showing where the plants are indigenous to. Then continue to update with more plants, until a comprehensive listing is obtained.

Extremely little information about extremely few herbs. but it's free!

This app is verry informative yet it dosnt have pictures of the herbs or the health hazards and it would be really helpful if the app had ways to prepare the herbs into medicines like oils creams teas and other ways to best utilize the herbs medicinal qualities 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was in need of an app to use w patients at work but this app has very little info on each herb, few herbs, and no ref to safety, dose, use w meds, efficacy, etc

I'm sorry I down loaded this app it has very few herbs in it and no pictures I am looking for an app that can replace most if not all of my books and this one does not come close if you would add more herbs or an add function and some pictures this might be an app I would keep so sorry

Pros: The application is good and simple. No complication. Cons: Need a little bit more information. More herbs and the pros and cons of each herb.

Needs to show ailments or disease and which herbs to use with each ailment or disease.

This "app" defines 42 herbs. You can't search.

This has great potential but is very lacking in commonly used plants. In just minutes, I noticed it does not have plaintain, mullein, BLUE cohosh (but has black cohosh), calendula or chickweed. All common herbs that I use regularly and are not included.

After having had iplant for a good year plus this even tho it's free really dosent impress me much save up go for iplant lots more listings and you can see pictures of most things

All it does is tell you what people thought a long time ago. Doesn't tell you which things have been tested and which haven't. Doesn't seem to tell you any problems about any herbs either.

It contains a lot of information about many different plants.Great for people who really love treating things the old-fashioned way.
